The Definition of Motivation is the reason or incentive for engaging in a particular activity. It is having a goal or motive and then acting upon it. There are two kinds of Motivation. Extrinsic Motivation and Intrinsic Motivation.
Extrinsic Motivation
comes from influences outside your body.
Intrinsic Motivation
comes from influences within your body. It’s important to understand what kind of influence is driving your motivation in order to be clear about your motives! Are you striving for that new job because you want more money or because you simply enjoy the challenge? Being motivated and remaining motivated is crucial in the ability to reach goals and accomplish tasks.
