Positive Thinking Activities to lift your spirits.

There are times when you need Positive Thinking Activities, to give you a lift when your spirits are low. Rather than wallow in bad negative feelings, a quick way to get back on track and change your mental state is to engage in a positive thinking activity. Activity is the important word. It means that you are ‘doing.' Activity diverts the minds’ attention, so you shift focus. By doing something (and actually you could do almost anything,) you break the negative cycle . I’ve found that even something as apparently boring, as clearing out a cupboard works! For a start once you’ve finished you get to feel incredibly virtuous!

For those of you who don’t think that idea will get them onto a positive frame of mind there are some positive thinking ideas below which might.

Try them for yourself and see!
