Self Improvement Articles. What is holding you back from living the life you want?

The self improvement articles below will build over the next weeks and cover a wide range of areas which commonly inhibit our performance.

Many of us find that there are annoying parts of our character which constantly seem to work against us to sabotage success. Although we are painfully aware of them, often it’s hard to get to the bottom of the issue and eradicate them once and for all.

I suffer from a good deal of the traits which I will explore! I’ve spent years reading and researching and putting into practice my findings. I’m far from perfect and it’s still a work in progress but some of the things I’ve learned along the way you may find useful?

Fear, anger, stress and procrastination are among the topics that will be dealt with over the next weeks.

I had decided not to write about this more negative aspect of ‘mind power,’ but as they can have such a devastating effect on our abilities to succeed I decided they need to be addressed.

By facing up to and dealing with our weaknesses we take control of our own lives. If we are able to do this in a positive and upbeat way we become empowered. It enables us to take responsibility, to think for ourselves.

Often these infuriating traits are easy to detect in others, but surprisingly difficult to detect in ourselves! Getting to their root and ousting them, although sometimes a difficult process, is rewarding and totally liberating.
